Registration & Payment

All registrations and payments must be completed online. Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Each class is limited to 8 participants. Once full, a waiting list may be created, and we will contact you if a place becomes available.

Parental/guardian consent is required for all junior registrations.

Course Schedule

The course runs every Sunday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Late arrivals or absences will not be compensated with make-up sessions or refunds.

If a course is under-subscribed, we reserve the right to cancel and offer alternative arrangements or issue a credit.

Substitutions & Cancellations

The course will take place indoors and will proceed regardless of weather unless under exceptional circumstances.

We cannot guarantee that a specific teacher will deliver the session. A qualified substitute may be assigned when necessary.

Missed Sessions

Missed sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable unless supported by exceptional circumstances (e.g. doctor’s note).

Replacement sessions are subject to approval and must be arranged in advance, depending on availability.

Media Use

Photos and videos may be taken during sessions for promotional purposes.

If you do not wish to appear in any media, please notify us in advance at info@inchwise.co.uk and we will fully respect your request.
