Inchwise granted a UK Skilled Worker sponsor licence

On 18 November 2025 Inchwise Edtech Ltd was granted a Skilled Worker sponsor licence by the Home Office, and now appears on the public register of licensed sponsors.

A sponsor licence allows a UK employer to assign Certificates of Sponsorship for genuine vacancies within its own organisation. Every licence is issued with an A rating, which is held by continuing to meet the sponsor duties set out in Home Office guidance — record keeping, reporting, and compliance with immigration and employment law. The Home Office may carry out a compliance visit at any time, so the standard is an ongoing obligation rather than a one-off.

The application required us to document our governance, our HR and right-to-work systems, our job descriptions, and our payroll and tax arrangements. That work is now part of how the company runs.

For Inchwise the licence means we can recruit specialist staff from outside the UK — in music teaching, education advisory and operations — where a role in our own team genuinely requires it. It does not change what we offer to families, and we do not provide sponsorship to third parties as a service.
